With 29 years of experience as a practicing attorney, Tom has assisted in the recovery of tens of millions of dollars for clients. The types of cases include, but are not limited to, motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall incidents, trucking collisions, motorcycle collisions, wrongful death cases, worker’s compensation claims, injuries sustained by railroad employees, and traffic matters.
Along with practicing law, Tom has served as the Mayor and an Alderman in Crestwood, MO, and believes in supporting and giving back to his community. He is currently a member and was formerly President, of the Alumni Board for St. Louis University High School. He is a very involved parishioner of St. Justin the Martyr, serving as President of the Athletic Association, Lay Director of the Golf Program, and former member of the Finance Committee and School Board. He is a board member at Sacred Heart Villa. He also coaches several youth basketball teams for his children and other kids.
